Building
Singular building projects have allowed Sando to implement emblematic constructions inside and outside the country together with architects of international prestige. Buildings, hotels, hospitals, or sports centres which leave a mark on the design and the cities where they are located, such as the Torres de Hércules.
In addition to this type of construction, the Sando group of companies has built thousands of homes over the last forty years and some of the most important urban planning projects of this century in Spain, such as El Cañaveral in Madrid, the largest in the country until 2005 with 540 hectares.
Historically, the construction of infrastructures for industrial use at Sando has included a specific type of construction which has allowed the company to focus on buildings which are architecturally adapted to the business requirements of each customer. These projects include industrial warehouses, shopping centres, logistics distribution areas, exhibition and conference centres, laboratories, technical inspection stations and railway installations, among others.
