Upkeep of infrastructures

Infrastructure Upkeep and Maintenance is a business division in the Sando group, aimed at public and private organisations in Spain and abroad.

This area’s scope of action applies to maintenance and optimisation of existing infrastructures with service contracts or improvement works. These activities are mainly carried out by the companies Sando and Conacon.

For Sando, efficient and sustainable upkeep means investing in R&D&I, incorporating scientific and technological advances, researching alternatives which reduce costs and response times and increase the quality and safety of its activities. This philosophy has led Sando to be the first company in Andalusia to implement an Energy Management System in a water treatment plant, in accordance with ISO 50001:2018, to reduce its impact on the environment.
