• Description: A retaining wall is made that defines a swimming pool to generate a new esplanade, a mantle of special blocks of concrete in the perimeter, the accompanying backfill inside the new retaining wall for the movement and parking of machinery and the disassembly of part of the section of the existing retaining wall. The esplanade occupies 16 hectares and is made up of 263,500 m3 of backfill, 233,000 m3 of random fill in the nucleus of the dam and 136,100 m3 of breakwater.
