• Description: This work combines the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the façades made in the old Pyrotechnics Factory, Platform Building, Clock Tower, and House of the Colonel, with an extensive educational building that occupies more than 25,000 m2. The project integrates with an enclosure with ventilated façades of stone, metal plate, glass curtain walls, mouldings, reliefs of coats of arms and spikes of gargoyles covered with metal plate in the industrial style of the 19th century.
