• Description: The building is designed as a two-storey horizontal piece with great power that houses the most public parts (training centre and business nursery) and another piece that rises up on this base as a four-storey longitudinal prism that contains the representation and management spaces of the Chamber. A third piece houses the assembly hall and open landscaped spaces as an interior vestibule. The building has a basement for parking and installations.
