• Description: The building consists of seven floors above ground and three below ground, including the basement, with a total surface area of 5,549.81 m2. The first four floors are made with STUD-FRAME GRC concrete panels, the last three have a brickwork enclosure with a rendered outer finish and a polycarbonate casing fixed using aluminium biconnectors to an auxiliary metallic structure, the ground floor alternates with glass walls.
