It covers a total built area of approximately 33,000 square metres with 411 rooms and suites, seven restaurants, sports facilities, a theatre, new terraces, and outdoor flooring, as well as connecting canopies, a spa and 11 swimming pools surrounded by native vegetation with a total water surface of 4,000 m2.
