• Description: The objective of the work is redevelopment of the area of the SUNC-R-R.5 “Martiricos” Sector and Zone 2 of the Addendum to the Urban Development Agreement, belonging to the municipality of Malaga. To this end, the necessary works are defined for connections with existing services. Citesa’s industrial facilities are dismantled for residential and tertiary use, and the area is provided with urban and environmental quality including qualified green areas, pedestrian spaces, cycle lanes, water sheets, shaded areas, etc.
