New Mayoral order centre

• Description: The project consists of restoring an old building (Intelhorce) with a degree of architectural protection-I of 25,500 m2. A structural repair of all the concrete elements damaged by corrosion of frames is made along with a new sill with high levelling for the implementation of robotised storage systems. The building is covered with extruded polystyrene Teznocuber sandwich panels with a natural zinc-titanium plate roof. Project nominated for the 2019 Mies van der Rohe Awards and Jury Mention in the 2020 Malaga Architects Association Awards.
