• Description: The building of 12,000 m2 of surface, stands on a plot of 9,750 m2 combining traditional architecture of Alcalá de Henares, with brick façade of tile and plaster, with that of industrial Alcalá. For its construction 16,700 m2 of structure have been executed based on beams with large spans and honeycomb plates using 240,000 kg of steel and 1,950 m2 of precast concrete panels with polyurethane finish on the façade, combining them with brick netting.
