Development works of the Sup. T-20 “Soliva Este” sector

• Description: Residential area next to the neighbourhood of the El Cónsul, which considerably extends the residential area next to the University area of Teatinos equipping it with all urban services including the creation of 111 units of underground ecological islands. To this end, earthwork of almost 400,000 m3 is carried out in excavations and more than 500,000 m3 in landfills. It also includes 12,000 m2 in car parks, green areas, children’s playgrounds, street furniture, and a wide avenue with two lanes.
