240 Housing units in Soto de Henares

• Description: The project consists of 240 Cooperative Social Housing Units built on a plot of 12,020 m2. It is developed in blocks and 28 commercial premises. The enclosure is made using an upside-down façade with insulation to the outside and single layer lining. For its execution 7,000 ml of pile of 45 cm in diameter have been used, 40,000 m2 of concrete structure for unidirectional framework, 87,000 kg of rolled steel and 14,000 m2 of cement rendering.
