This land will be used for a property development called Nueva Condomina. This action will involve an investment of more than \u20ac121 million over the next four years. \u20ac50 million of this amount has already been committed.<\/p>\n
With this acquisition, Grupo Sando becomes one of the top developers in the Region of Murcia, as this is one of the area\u2019s most prestigious projects. Nueva Condomina will include a large number of new installations and facilities, including Real Murcia\u2019s new football stadium, the largest shopping centre in the region, a conference centre, a business park and an 18-hole golf course, which will make its 3,700 homes unique places to live.<\/p>\n
