This service permanently attends to cycling lanes and promotes <a href=\"\/en\/sustainability\" title=\"Sustainable and efficient environmental solutions\" target=\"_blank\">Sustainability<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With its specialised<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sando.com\/en\/businesses\/services\/upkeep-of-infrastructures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Infrastructure Upkeep and Maintenance area<\/a>, the company Sando will manage the almost 200 kilometres of cycle lanes at Seville\u2019s road network. This service will also guarantee an immediate response to possible incidents and anomalous situations.<\/p>\n<p>As communicated by the City Council, the new contract aims to maintain the tarmac and all the elements that make up the cycling infrastructure, such as signs, bike racks, and bicycle stations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monitoring and control cycling lanes maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sando\u2019s professionals will use an application to monitor, manage and control their activities. In addition, this system will allow the spatial geolocation of interventions.<\/p>\n<p>The service is complemented by dealing with citizen requests and complaints that reach Seville City Council through its information and communication channels.<\/p>\n<p>Sando\u2019s Infrastructure Upkeep and Maintenance division also manages other services such as urban <a href=\"\/en\/specialisations\/transport-infrastructure\/transport-and-mobility\/roads\" title=\"We build and renovate highways, freeways and roads\" target=\"_blank\">Roads<\/a>, hydraulic installations, roads and railways, buildings and forestry activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Seville City Council\u2019s Urban Planning and Environment Department has awarded Sando the new contract for maintenance and upkeep of the city\u2019s cycle lanes.
