This contract aims to ensure the proper functioning of port infrastructures, which is essential for the region&#8217;s economic activity.<\/p>\n\n<p>The work will be carried out in the ports of the Bay of Algeciras, the Campamento Port Area, the Port of La L\u00ednea, and the Port of Tarifa. These interventions include maintaining traffic lanes and esplanades for both vehicles and pedestrians and improving mobility and safety in the port areas. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Upkeep of the Port Road<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Among the specific actions to be carried out, it is worth highlighting the work on roads and esplanades to maintain and repair pavements in areas of road and pedestrian traffic or road <a href=\"\/en\/specialisations\/transport-infrastructure\/transport-and-mobility\/signalling-beacons-and-defences\" title=\"Se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, balizamientos y defensas\" target=\"_blank\">Signalling<\/a> and safety, which includes renewing horizontal and vertical signalling, beacons, and containment elements to improve safety.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sando.com\/en\/conacon-sando\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Conacon Sando<\/a> will also manage the surface infrastructure, installing and maintaining elements such as frames, gratings, manhole covers, manholes, and other key components in roadways and pavements.
