Building resilient and innovative infrastructures\" target=\"_blank\">Sando Construcci\u00f3n<\/a> has renewed its participation in the \u201cExcellence Mentoring Programme for the Development of Female STEM Talent\u201d, a key component of the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/mujereingenieria.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Women and Engineering<\/a>\u201d project promoted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raing.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Royal Academy of Engineering<\/a> (RAI).<\/p>\n\n<p>The programme is designed to encourage young women to pursue STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) by offering a structured <em>mentoring <\/em>framework that increases the visibility and presence of women in these fields.<\/p>\n\n<p>Through this initiative, postgraduate and post-master\u2019s training scholarships are awarded to final-year undergraduate and master\u2019s students enrolled in STEM programmes at universities across Spain that are affiliated with the scheme. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sando Construcci\u00f3n, a long-standing collaborator since the programme\u2019s first edition, has reaffirmed its commitment this year by providing a female mentor\u2014reflecting the company\u2019s broader pledge to support people and talent, in line with its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sando.com\/en\/actualidad\/sando-approves-new-2025-2028-sustainability-master-plan\">Sustainability Master Plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Guidance and inspiration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>According to the programme calendar, mentoring sessions are held from February through July, bringing together both mentors and students for a series of training and follow-up meetings.
