The new building of the University of Malaga has a budget of 4.3 million Euros
This summer Sando Construcciones began construction of the new CAITI building, the Centre for Information Technology Research as well as the Tourism, Architecture and Landscape Institute of the University of Malaga. The project has a total budget of 4.3 million Euros.
The building occupies a 27,643 m2 parcel located in a university expansion area close to the Polytechnic Institute and Economic-Social Studies complex. The building has a functional design with spacious courtyards, gardens and a parking area.
The new CAITI building has three floors containing research facilities, meeting rooms, offices and classrooms while the basement will house the archive and storage areas, the maintenance shop and part of the parking area.
