In this sense, new construction and refurbishment, renovations in architecturally protected buildings, and various typologies such as constructing hotels, educational centres, health facilities, sports facilities, offices, industrial facilities, logistics platforms, etc.

Building in recent years has undergone an important evolution in its design and construction methods due to the different innovations that are being implemented in the sector:
