Comprehensive Renovation of the Street Lighting System in Cúllar Vega

Sando Conservación y Energía is carrying out a comprehensive renovation of Huéscar’s street lighting, incorporating state-of-the-art LED technology, point-to-point remote management systems, and sensor technology designed to improve energy efficiency and urban safety in the municipality. Energy modernization with point-to-point remote management and an IoT platform.
In this project, Sando Conservación y Energía is replacing 2,214 conventional light fixtures with high-efficiency LED technology featuring point-to-point remote management, which allows for the individual monitoring, control, and optimization of each light fixture.
In addition to the upgrade of the streetlight infrastructure, the project includes the modernization of 29 control centers, the implementation of an IoT platform for the smart management of the streetlight network, and the integration of advanced communication and control systems that will facilitate real-time monitoring of the facilities.
The project also incorporates elements designed to improve road safety and urban sustainability, such as the implementation of dynamic photometry solutions capable of adapting lighting to weather conditions, specialized sensors for advanced infrastructure management, and new charging stations for electric vehicles.
Complete replacement of the existing lighting with energy-efficient LED fixtures equipped with individualized remote management systems.
Renovation and modernization of streetlight control centers to improve the safety, reliability, and operational capacity of the municipal network.
Integration of an IoT platform, LoRaWAN communication gateways, and headend controllers that enable remote control, real-time monitoring, and optimization of energy consumption throughout the entire facility.
Technology capable of adjusting the light distribution based on weather conditions to improve visibility and reduce glare in sensitive areas.
Installation of two charging stations with their corresponding control and protection centers.
