Contracting authority: Ikos Resorts

The work on the Hotel Ikos Andalusia consists of the complete refurbishment of a hotel complex located in the Marbella-Estepona area, with a total built surface area of over 33,000 square metres.

The project includes the extension of the seven existing U-shaped buildings, five of which are dedicated exclusively to rooms. At the same time, the remaining two also have services and common areas of the hotel. In addition, Sando is also enlarging the rooms to bring them up to five-star hotel standards, renovating the outdoor garden area and the sports area adjacent to the hotel, and constructing two new buildings to house a restaurant, a spa and an indoor swimming pool.

Luxury hotel space

The new Hotel Ikos Andalusia has 411 rooms and suites distributed in the seven buildings, seven restaurants, first-class sports facilities, a theatre, new terraces and outdoor decks, connecting canopies, a spa and 11 swimming pools, both outdoor and heated, surrounded by native vegetation with a total water surface of 4,000 m^2.
