Conacon Sando has begun the work corresponding to the second phase of the Alcalá de Henares Neighbourhood Improvement Plan. This municipal initiative seeks to renovate and optimize different urban spaces with the aim of influencing mobility, accessibility and the quality of the environment in various districts of the city. The action has a budget of more than 1.5 million euros.
The project includes the repair and rehabilitation of sidewalks, squares and public spaces, along with the renovation of Roads and the incorporation of new elements that favor pedestrian and vehicular mobility. Improvements are also planned in public lighting and in different green spaces, reinforcing the safety and functionality of urban environments.
This second phase of the plan is structured around three main lines: the improvement of Urban mobility, the rehabilitation of public spaces and the provision of complementary services linked to technical management. Conacon Sando faces this conservation project from criteria of efficiency and Sustainability that guarantee the durability of the actions.
This last week, the mayor of Alcalá de Henares, Judith Piquet, has visited with her government team the works that are being carried out in the surroundings of the CEIP Santos Niños, a project carried out by Conacon Sando within the first phase of the Neighborhood Improvement Plan.
The action, with a budget of more than 140,000 euros, includes the renovation of the pavement of one of the squares adjacent to the school, the adaptation of the tree pits and the improvement of accessibility in two of the Promenades near this school environment, which are areas of high traffic for families and students.
