Conacon Sando is carrying out the comprehensive reform of the facilities of the Parque Taller de La Cuesta. A project of the Cabildo de Tenerife that contributes to the improvement and modernisation of the entity’s road maintenance service.
As indicated by the Cabildo de Tenerife after the visit of its president, Rosa Dávila, with the Minister of Roads, Dámaso Arteaga, the works involve an investment of 1.8 million euros: “it is a priority for this island government and is part of the actions to improve the workplaces”.
La reforma integral del Parque Taller de La Cuesta se trata de un proyecto estratégico orientado a la modernización integral de las instalaciones existentes, incorporando nuevo equipamiento sostenible y adaptado a la normativa vigente.
The project includes the renovation of toilets, showers and changing rooms; general sanitation installations for connection to the network; adaptation and technological improvement of fire protection installations (extinguishing, detection and evacuation).
Likewise, the perimeter fencing and access gates will be changed with the addition of a new access barrier. The action includes the improvement of the pit for trucks, as well as the optimization of lighting, paving and painting and the incorporation of new equipment, such as forklifts, smoke extractors, among others.
Within the modification and updating works of the Low Voltage installations, in accordance with the new regulation, Conacon Sando will include the installation of electric chargers for vehicles.
