Sando will participate in the XI Carrera En Marcha por la Salud to be held next Sunday, February 25 in Seville. A race whose benefits will go entirely to the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), Spanish Association for the effects of cancer treatment (AEetc), and the Food Bank Foundation of Seville.
The race “En marcha por la Salud” is organized by the Virgen Macarena and Virgen del Rocío University Hospitals as a joint corporate social responsibility initiative of both hospitals. In this 11th edition, under the slogan “7 km that save lives”, they call on the people of Seville to participate in this race that pursues a dual objective: to promote health through practice and to support the social purposes of the organizations to which the funds are destined.
Sando will be a platinum sponsor for another year of this race “On the Move for Health” in line with the company’s objective of creating social value, a commitment that is structured through the group’s Sustainability strategy and the Sando Fundación.
The race will take place on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 11:00 am, starting at Avenida del Doctor Fedriani, 3, in Seville. Registration is now open, and the deadline for registration is Saturday, February 24 at 14:00.
Net proceeds from registrations, donations and sponsorships will benefit the three aforementioned associations that co-organize this event. In this way, participation in the race as runners makes it possible to show support and legitimize the social causes promoted by these organizations.
To contribute to these causes, even if you do not participate in the race, the organizers have created the Dorsal 0, through which you can make a donation with the amount you consider.
