The Sando Joint Prevention Service has launched a new digital transformation project aimed at strengthening its comprehensive preventive management model. The company incorporates a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that will allow organising, automating and controlling the processes associated with the prevention of occupational risks in all its production areas.
The new platform will make it easier for prevention services to manage and control risks, generate digital documentation and collaborate between the different agents involved, helping to reduce the bureaucratic burden associated with occupational health and safety.
Among its functionalities, the system will allow the generation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics represented graphically and intuitively, which will enable continuous monitoring and real-time correction of possible deviations from the objectives set in terms of prevention.
The tool builds on the previous digitization work carried out at Sando and will directly improve operational efficiency thanks to the automation of preventive processes and the orderly structuring of data, which will be integrated with other corporate systems. In this way, the company will have permanently updated information on risks, incidents and preventive actions, as well as advanced tools for the preparation of reports and statistical analysis.
The project is aligned with one of the fundamental principles of Sando’s occupational risk prevention policy: continuous improvement. It is also developed in line with the Sustainability Master Plan 2025-2028 and is directly linked to two of its strategic pillars: People, through health and safety as a key element in talent management, and Leadership, within the line of Operational Efficiency through secure and efficient data management.
