The CEU Andalucía Postgraduate Institute has invited the honorary president of Sando, José Luis Sánchez Domínguez, and the executive president, Luis Sánchez Manzano, to the closing of the IX edition of the Excellence Program. An institutional event in which 20 students from the different CEU centres in the region participated, selected for their academic merit.
During José Luis Sánchez Domínguez’s speech, he was asked about Sando’s business model, the beginnings and the keys that have made it possible for more than 50 years after the company was founded, to continue to be one of the leading companies in the sector.
“The company has evolved towards constant professionalization in search of excellence. We have always had great professionals to face any project with guarantees,” said the honorary president.
The ceremony was presided over by María Luisa Ríos, director of the Institute of Graduate Studies and Academic Extension, and Juan Jurado, coordinator of the program. Both encouraged students to consult on the trajectory, managerial experiences and practical advice for employability in a constantly changing professional environment. This conversation focused on key skills such as strategic vision, team management, communication and decision-making.
To conclude, the CEU Andalusia Postgraduate Institute presented the scholarships to the students of the promotion in recognition of their effort and the student Alicia García Cuadrado spoke on behalf of the new graduates.
Sando, in line with its Sustainability Master Plan and the Sustainable Development Goals, collaborates in the realization of this type of events that have a direct impact on quality training and contribute to growth, responsibility and coherence in the professional practice of future entrepreneurs.
