• Description: This first Sando project in Poland is located in the Bemowo district near the centre. The complex consists of six buildings of eleven and seven floors with three hundred and eighty-six housing units in total, commercial premises, car parks, storage rooms, green areas, and a children’s playground. The buildings are executed using a concrete structure with an enclosure of ceramic masonry blocks insulated from the outside and finished with silicone paint.
